Beautifully renovated Spanish Colonial-style hotel with modern touches. Delicious breakfast included. The private room wasnice and neat, although the walls were a bit thin. The staff was helpful and promptly responded when I accidentally left a cherished item behind. The gardens and bar were lovely.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, providing excellent service and helpful recommendations. The location was ideal, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that was included in the price, adding value to our stay.

Despite daily cleanings, they often needed attention, with overflowing trash bins and dirty floors. This lack of cleanliness made for an unpleasant experience, especially when trying to use the facilities during busy times.

Excellent staff, amazing volcano views, clean premises, delicious breakfast choices, convenient location for exploring. Safe place to leave luggage. Truly extraordinary experience.

This venue is located in the heart of the city and has excellent service, with an airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance available. There's an outdoor dining area and bar/lounge for relaxing, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The garden area is a nice place to enjoy a welcome drink and live entertainment.

This hotel is a gem in the city center! The attention to detail is impressive, with lovely green spaces and a stunning breakfast view. The staff is friendly and rooms offer the most comfortable beds in Central America.

The cozy ambiance of the hotel and the comfortable bed made our romantic escape enjoyable. the breakfast spread that was included in the room rate was also a nice addition to our stay. the hotel's location was perfect, it was easy to explore the nearby area and find different places to eat and drink.

there were not enough bathroom facilities that could accommodate the number of guests in the hotel.

This hotel is in the heart of everything - it's walking distance to all the cool shops and restaurants. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Plus, they have awesome leisure facilities like ping pong tables and a pool, which we loved.

But the walls were too thin and we could hear everything happening in the other rooms, which made it really hard to sleep.

The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The showers were fantastic, with hot water available all the time. , the location was great, close to many restaurants and interesting places to visit.

There were some aspects that really let the place down. The lack of air conditioning or fans in the rooms was really uncomfortable, especially at night.

The hotel has a wonderful design and layout, with two beautiful courtyards which offer various seating options and numerous places to relax. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the dorms, with comfy beds, curtains, bedside lamps, and power outlets. The breakfast was amazing, and we appreciated that the hostel offered free filtrated water. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful, great to check in earlier than expected and even providing a to-go breakfast when we had to check out early.
